To make sure everything runs smoothly, we have set a clear instruction for cancellations and refunds. Before booking your treatment with Geenu, a highly trusted makeup artist in Melbourne, please take a moment to review the following important information.

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to make an appointment with someone else.
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment with prior notice, the full treatment cost will be charged.

Refund Policy

No Refunds for Completed Services: We do not offer refunds once a treatment has been provided. All services are performed with the highest standards, and Geenu ensures you are delighted with the results.
Prepaid Packages: Refunds for prepaid packages will only be provided if cancellations are made more than 48 hours before the appointment. If services have already been rendered as part of a package, the cost of those services will be deducted from the refund.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and couldn’t be exchange for cash. However, they can be transferred to another individual.
